What are the online enhancements?
We have upgraded our online reservation system to the Rearden Personal Assistant. This is a state-of-the-art online booking engine that offers air, car and hotel reservations. Additionally, FlyLansing members will be able to book event tickets through StubHub and to make dining reservations through Open Table, two industry leading, online providers.
I already became a member, will I need to do anything?
Your travel profile information has been transferred to the new system. However, as our previous content provider is no longer in operation, not all information was able to be retained. You will receive an email by July 9, 2010 asking you to review your profile information and provide any updates necessary.
Who is supporting my online transactions?
Capital Region International Airport went to bid earlier this year. Conlin Travel headquartered in Ann Arbor and with an office in Okemos, MI, was awarded the contract. They are the largest independently owned travel agency in Michigan and have a dedicated online team to assist with online transactions. Additionally, the Fly Lansing Concierge Travel Center will continue to support vacation packages and other phone reservations.
