The Board will appoint an interim CEO at this meeting and provide an update on its search for a new, permanent president and CEO for the Capital Region Airport Authority.

About the Capital Region Airport Authority Board of Directors
 
The Capital Region Airport Authority — which owns and operates the Capital Region International Airport, Port Lansing, and Mason Jewett Field — is governed by a board of directors. The board consists of three voting members appointed by the mayor of the city of Lansing and confirmed by the Lansing City Council, and three voting members appointed by the Ingham County Board of Commissioners. The board also includes ex-officio representation from Clinton and Eaton counties.
