Capital Region International Airport adds nonstop service to Atlanta

Delta Airlines to provide weekly Saturday flights beginning February 2014
LANSING – Delta Airlines has announced new, nonstop jet service between Lansing, Mich., and Atlanta, Ga., beginning Feb. 15, 2014. 
 
The new flights will operate once a week on Saturdays between Capital Region International Airport (LAN) and Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (ATL). Flights are scheduled to depart Lansing at 6:45 a.m. and arrive in Atlanta at 8:55 a.m. Return flights are slated to depart Atlanta at 7:45 p.m. with a scheduled arrival time into Lansing of 9:55 p.m. 
 
“Capital Region International Airport is pleased to welcome Atlanta service on Delta Airlines back to mid-Michigan,” said Bob Selig, President and CEO of the Capital Region Airport Authority. “Just in time for the peak travel season, this new Saturday service will continue to expand growing leisure and destination travel options from Lansing.”
 
The busiest airport in the world, Hartsfield Jackson International Airport serves 150 U.S. destinations and more than 75 international destinations in 50 countries.  
 
Endeavor Air, a Delta Connection Carrier, will operate nonstop service to/from Atlanta. Flights will feature 50 seats. Reservations can be made on the airport’s website, flylansing.com. Travelers may also book travel through the Fly Lansing Travel Concierge Center at 517-321-4688.
